Finance Minister Dr. Mohamed Amin Adam has announced plans to launch a media campaign to showcase the achievements of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government.
This initiative aims to increase transparency and allow Ghanaians to see how their taxes are being utilized.
Addressing Ghanaian residents in the UK, Dr. Amin Adam emphasized the importance of transparency in governance.
“Very soon, we will display videos and photos of key projects completed by the government at strategic locations across the country. We want to ensure that people understand that their taxes are being used effectively to develop educational, health, and infrastructure projects,” he said.
He highlighted that this campaign, featuring the tagline “Your tax is working for you,” will demonstrate the government’s commitment to using tax revenues for national development.
“These measures are part of our efforts to be more transparent and show the tangible benefits of taxpayers’ contributions,” Dr. Amin Adam concluded.
