Grace Isaac-Aryee named among Ascent Club’s top 100 career women in Africa 2026

A certified dealer with almost two decades of banking experience spanning Trade Services, Correspondent Banking Management, and Treasury, Grace has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise in navigating market complexities and optimizing balance sheet efficiency while ensuring prudent risk mitigation.
In her role as Treasurer at FirstBank Ghana, Grace has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Bank’s treasury operations through sound financial stewardship, strategic market insights, and disciplined balance sheet management. Her leadership has contributed significantly to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the Bank’s broader growth ambitions.
Beyond her technical accomplishments, Grace has distinguished herself as a passionate advocate for women empowerment within the Bank. As Chairperson of the FirstBank Women Network, she has championed initiatives that promote mentorship, professional development, and inclusive leadership. Her active role during the Bank’s International Women’s Day and Breast Cancer awareness month engagements has helped create meaningful conversations around gender equity, leadership advancement, and opportunities for women across the organisation.
