Saglemi Housing Project: Developer commits to completing 1,500 units in 400 days
The Quarm-LMI Consortium, appointed by the government to complete the long-stalled Saglemi Housing Project, has committed to delivering over 1,500 housing units within 400 days. These units will be made available for purchase by the general public. Kofi Adabor Ofori-Amanfo, Managing Director of the consortium, disclosed that structural integrity tests would be conducted on the existing buildings to assess their stability and ensure safety.
