MTN moves to make Ghana ICT hub
MTN Ghana has held a digital sod cutting event to commence the construction of the US$25million Ghana ICT Hub project. The project, a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between the Government of Ghana and telecommunications giant, Scancom PLC (MTN Ghana) is aimed at creating an enabling environment for ICT development, and providing a platform for innovation, educational training and technological opportunities in Ghana's digital landscape. The initiative falls in line with MTN’s Ambition 2025 strategy which is focused on leading digital solutions for Africa’s progress and its commitment towards supporting the Digital Ghana Agenda.
