Letshego Ghana, which is a subsidiary of Letshego Africa (Letshego Group) and advocates for education affordability, has launched the ‘Reduced Rates Edition Back-to-School Campaign’. This campaign will run from January to April 2024 and specifically cater to all government-salaried employees.
Recognising the financial difficulties families face during the back-to-school period, Letshego Ghana is taking a proactive approach to make education more accessible. One of the key highlights of this campaign is the introduction of reduced interest rates on loans, ensuring that government-salaried employees have access to affordable financing options for tuition, books, uniforms, and other essential educational materials.
The Reduced Rates Edition aims to make the back to school experience stress-free and accessible for families, ultimately reducing the financial strain often felt during this critical period. This will liberate parents and enable students to focus on their studies without the worry of financial constraints. The loan application process has been streamlined to ensure quick and hassle-free access to funds within 24 hours, making financial support readily available to government employees.
Sam Donkor, Letshego’s Ghana Head of Business, expressed enthusiasm for the campaign, stating, “As a company deeply committed to its purpose to Improve Lives, Letshego Ghana understands the financial strain the back-to-school season imposes on families. Our “Reduced Rates Edition” is designed to provide tailored financial solutions to Government employees, ensuring they can meet the educational needs of their families with ease. Our Back to School campaign provides flexibility for customers to plan and apply for loans that align with their varying financial goals and individual needs.”
The campaign also seeks to ease the burden of non-school-related expenses and provide financial assistance beyond educational needs. Letshego Ghana looks forward to further initiatives that deliver a positive social impact and improve the lives of their customers and communities. Letshego extends an invitation to all eligible government employees to take advantage of this unique opportunity and make the back to school season an enjoyable and stress-free experience for their families.
