The Chief Executive Officer of the Africa Economic Summit Group, Dr Brian Reuben has charged the people of Kenya to exercise their franchise with discretion as they go to the polls to elect the country’s next President and other key positions.

‘The success of Kenya and the people of Kenya is very important for us in Africa. As the people of Kenya go to the polls today, I urge everyone to keep focus on the key issues knowing that your decisions will have consequences and will determine what kind of  life millions of people in Kenya will live and what the future will hold for Kenya and Africa.

Make sure you make a decision you will be proud to tell your children about knowing that history will judge each and every one of us. Kenyans, make your vote count, Make Africa proud,’ he wrote on his Facebook page.

The East African nation known for being the world’s best safari destination, with 50 epic national parks and reserves that are home to diverse wildlife occupies an important place in Africa. Kenyans must get it right, shun election violence and vote people who has a vision to move the country forward, Dr Brian advised.
